Marco, at the heart of our story
My son Marco holds a central place in this book. He lived with bipolar disorder and passed away on 27 August 2009. I share our story with a father's love: the precious memories, the suffering and the loss that changed my life forever.
Understanding, support and suicide prevention
Through this testimony, I want to help people speak more openly about depression, bipolar disorder and suicide prevention. I hope to offer comfort to people who are struggling and to their loved ones, encourage listening without judgment and remind them that they do not have to face their suffering alone. In memory of Marco, I want this book to carry a message of love, connection and hope.

The Glass Pyramid — our shared dream
At the Glass Pyramid in Lummen, my son Marco developed Modula Vision: software for designing, visualising and calculating projects, to complement our inventions.
After Marco died on 27 August 2009, I stopped pursuing the patent and brought the entire project to a halt. Our final historical brochure records the work we had built together up to that point.
Through Dai di Piu, I now want to give that knowledge a new opportunity. Interested people can discover the concept and develop it further using their own experience and expertise.
